Marcelo: I have no plans to leave Real Madrid

The Full Back of the Brazilian National team, Marcelo has recently been rumored to be following in the footsteps of his former team mate Cristiano Ronaldo to join Italian Serie A Champions Juventus. This 30-year-old player confirmed that he had absolutely no plans to leave Real Madrid, even determined to continue to survive at the Santiago Bernabeu, until he hung up his boots.

As is known, Cristiano Ronaldo has officially left Real Madrid some time ago and reached an agreement with Serie A giants Juventus. The 33-year-old player was redeemed through pocket no less than 112 million Euros, and agreed a contract in Turin with a duration of 4 years. Thus, it has ended 9 years period of the Portuguese mega star at Real Madrid.

For the past 9 years, Cristiano Ronaldo has been brilliant not only because of his individual abilities that need not be doubted, but also because of the support of his teammates, especially Marcelo. Full Back from Brazil is indeed known to be close to Ronaldo, both above the field and Outside the Field. Marcelo often provides assists for the goals scored by Cristiano Ronaldo so far.

No wonder, if several times heard about the issue of the transfer of the full back to Juventus, to overtake the Portuguese mega star. But the fact is, Marcelo still stays at Real Madrid to date, and it is confirmed by the Brazilian player that he never planned to leave Santiago Bernabeu until retirement.

“I have heard a lot of stupid things, I will stay here to the end, some people become opinion leaders and create something that really does not exist. I’ve seen and read things that don’t make sense. I am as excited as Vinicius [the new Madrid player], who is only 18 years old, I will stay here until the end of my career.” said Marcelo through Real Madrid TV.
